Starving Students will work quickly to process your claim
and bring it to a timely resolution. Please feel assured
our claims department handles claims fairly, equitably,
and promptly.
1. Download and complete the Claim Form. Download
Claim Form.
2. Gather any supporting evidence of your claim e.g. pictures,
purchase invoices, repair estimates, etc.
3. Provide a clear copy of your Freight Bill and Inventory
Form.
4. Mail all of these items to the claims department:

5. Once we receive your claim, we will send you a letter
acknowledging receipt of your claim and include a Claim
Number for your reference.
6. An adjuster will immediately review the claim and contact
you.
Note for Damage Claims
If you are going to file a claim for a damaged item, please
do not proceed with any repairs and do not dispose of
any items until we have been able to inspect them.
